Olive groves of Podere Il Monte have been cultivated for 25 years by the Menna family. 
The estate includes cultivars of Leccino, Leccio del Corno, Nostrana di Brisighella, Frantoio, Maurino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Ghiacciola.
Olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed on the same day.
The early harvest, and the procedures described, keep the organoleptic characteristics unaltered, providing a clear and shiny oil.

Thanks to these characteristics, the oil of Podere il Monte stands out for its particularly low acidity and can be used in small amounts on foods to enhance fragrance and flavor, delicacy and sweetness.

The 250 ml bottle has been studied specifically to pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and maintain its characteristics even after the opening.
